The demolition of the existing 2-storey and basement building, formerly a Public House and the construction in its place, of a new, part 5, part 4 and part 2 storey mixed use building with basement.
The new structure will be predominantly 4 stories with the 5th storey setback and will step down to 2 stories to meet the adjoining buildings. The proposal will provide 2 commercial units on the ground floor and basement with 9 residential units (C3) on the floors above. The residential units will be a mix of one bed and two bed units of high quality.
