Our brief was to give 3i inviting and accessible 'street presence' for their corporate headquarters. By refurbishing the existing undercroft of the 3i tower we were able to provide a highly visible double height exhibition space to house exhibitions of their client products. Within this double space we created five new meeting rooms and a new more welcoming entrance and reception area. "An appropriate level of intervention which exploits the tension between old and new."
